- A trained sales associate who handles inbound video calls from shoppers.
- Click-to-call
- A button on a product or cart page that opens an instant 1:1 video call.
- Co-browsing
- An advisor's ability to spotlight products and update the shopper's cart inside the call.
- Cohort routing
- Sending a shopper to the right advisor based on language, category, intent or VIP status.
- Holdout cohort
- A randomized control group that doesn't see LiveCart, used to measure incremental lift.
- Live commerce
- Selling products through real-time video conversations between shoppers and humans.
- PDP
- Product Detail Page — the page on which most LiveCart click-to-call buttons live.
- Session timeline
- A real-time event log of a shopper's browsing, cart and conversation history.
