Acceptance
By using LiveCart you agree to these Terms. If you are using LiveCart on behalf of an organization, you represent you are authorized to bind that organization.
The service
LiveCart provides software for live 1:1 video commerce, advisor workflows, and analytics.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access it using a method other than the documented interfaces.
Subscriptions and fees
Plans, pricing and billing terms are described on the Pricing page or in your order form.
Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information using reasonable care.
Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
