Terms of Service
Last updated June 11, 2026.
Acceptance
By using LiveCart, you agree to these Terms. LiveCart is a product offered by OpenAmbit Technologies Private Limited. If you use LiveCart on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you have a signed agreement with us, that signed agreement controls where it conflicts with these public Terms.
The service
LiveCart provides software for live 1:1 video commerce, advisor workflows, scheduling, routing, consent-aware measurement, and related analytics. Product availability, features, support, integrations, service levels, data processing terms, and security obligations are governed by the applicable order form, statement of work, data processing addendum, or customer agreement.
Website measurement
Our website and services may use cookies, analytics, advertising measurement, security tooling, service providers, and third-party infrastructure as described in the Privacy Policy. Optional analytics and advertising storage are designed to depend on consent choices where required.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or availability, upload unlawful or harmful content, use the service to collect regulated or highly sensitive data without an appropriate agreement and configuration, or use undocumented interfaces except where expressly permitted.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the content, notices, consents, legal bases, shopper communications, advisor behavior, product claims, storefront configuration, retention choices, and compliance obligations that apply to their own business and end users. LiveCart public pages do not provide legal, regulatory, tax, or procurement advice.
Subscriptions and fees
Plans, pricing, billing terms, taxes, renewals, usage limits, implementation fees, and cancellation rights are described in the applicable order form, pricing page, invoice, or signed agreement. Public pricing or marketing pages may change and do not override a signed order.
Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information using reasonable care and at least the care it uses for its own similar information. Confidentiality obligations may be expanded or replaced by a signed nondisclosure agreement, customer agreement, or data processing addendum.
Security and certifications
Public security pages describe practices and intentions, not warranties or certifications. LiveCart does not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, or similar certification unless a current certificate, audit report, or signed agreement expressly says so.
Termination
Either party may terminate as stated in the applicable signed agreement. If no signed agreement applies, we may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risk, non-payment, legal risk, or material breach after reasonable notice where appropriate.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data, except where such exclusion is not permitted by law or a signed agreement states otherwise.
Governing law
Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to courts or tribunals of competent jurisdiction in India.
