Every plan includes unlimited 1:1 video consultations under fair usage. Recording minutes are a separate pool — Team includes 600 mins/mo and Business includes 2,000 mins/mo. Custom pools available on Enterprise and Custom.
- Which plans include AI?
AI Call Summaries are included on Team. Business adds AI Sentiment and Full Transcripts. Enterprise adds Voice Isolation and the AI Avatar Video Agent. On Custom you can pick any of these modules without taking the full Enterprise bundle.
- Can I remove “Powered by LiveCart” from the widget?
Yes — Team, Business, Enterprise and Custom plans can remove the LiveCart attribution from the consultation widget. Custom branding is available on every plan via the no-code Widget Designer.
- How does the Widget Designer work?
It's a no-code module included on every plan. Design your call widget — colors, copy, surfaces, triggers — without engineering. Custom branding is applied through it.
- How is annual billing applied?
Annual plans are billed once per year at the annual amount shown on each card. You see the per-month equivalent for easy comparison with monthly billing.
- What's included in Custom?
